Fujiaire also takes it a step further by promising that both the outdoor and indoor units of its air conditioners will be free from manufacturing defects for at least three years from the manufacturing date. This is unusual of most air cond brands who only issue guarantees on compressors.

Fujiaire is also making it easy for its customers to claim their warranties. Customers need only register their units online at www.fujiaire.com.my/e-warranty/ within two weeks of purchase, for this extended warranty to take effect.
“We know it’s a hassle for customers to send the warranty card by regular snail mail so we want to make this as simple as possible for them,” Tan said.
Fujiaire’s extended warranty includes all replacement parts and labour repair for the first year and all replacement parts for the subsequent two years. The extended war-ranty applies to all Fujiaire air conditioners with cooling capacities below three horse-power, subject to conditions listed on the warranty agreement.
